Paused accounts, your account limit and removing an account
Each plan keeps a number of accounts live: 5 on Free, 100 on Pro and no limit on VIP. Accounts over that number are paused, not deleted, and you can free a place by removing an account you no longer need.

See which accounts are paused
When an account is paused, a notice at the top of the dashboard says so, for example 1 account is paused because your Free plan keeps 5 accounts live, with Upgrade to Pro and Manage plan links.
On the Overview, the paused account's card has a Paused badge.
Check your account limit
- Open Settings › Plan & Integrations.
- Connected accounts shows how many accounts you have against your limit. Below it, the paused accounts are listed by number.
Remove an account
- In MetaTrader, remove the ATS Terminal EA from the chart of the account you want to remove. If the EA keeps running, the account comes back with its next update.
- In the dashboard, click the account's card to open its page.
- Click the bin button (Delete Account) at the top right.
A box asks Delete this account?. Click Yes, Delete. The place is free at once. A paused account then starts updating again with its next update from the EA, within a few minutes.
Good to know
- A paused account keeps its data and stays on your dashboard; it only stops updating. Upgrade to Pro or VIP and it updates again with the next update.
- The accounts you added first stay live; the ones added last are paused.
- Deleting removes the account's trades and history from the tracker and cannot be undone. Its settings, such as the robot's name, are kept, so if you add the account again they come back and the EA uploads its history again.
- A paused account is never deleted automatically, however long it stays paused. Only an account whose EA sends nothing for 30 days while it is not paused is deleted, after a notice 14 days and 3 days before.
